Do you ship abroad?

Yes — we ship worldwide.
All orders are shipped from Bali, Indonesia. (Returns are shipped here too)

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express. For Asia sometimes we work with EMS. Indonesia no longer offers standard international shipping, so we’ve chosen DHL for faster, more reliable delivery.

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.

Delivery time

• DHL Express: approximately 3–7 business days, depending on destination

• EMS : approximately 7–10 business days, depending on destination
  (delivery times may vary due to customs processing)

 

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping worldwide on orders over $250

 

Shipping abroad, who is handling my package?

All orders abroad are shipped with DHL Express. 

In some countries EMS will be working together with DHL to deliver your package. 

 

From placing my order how long does it take to ship?

Orders are packed and shipped from Monday to Friday. We aim to pack and ship your orders within 1-3 working days. If the order is placed on Friday-Sunday this will be shipped on a Monday. Orders placed on holidays are processed on the next business day.

 

How can I track my order?

We will send you an email with your tracking code.

 

How long does shipping take?

How do I know my order has been shipped?

Once your order has been shipped we will send you an email to confirm along with a tracking code.

 

Customs 

Please note we are not liable for customs clearance fees in your country upon arrival and holding times. In some cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.

You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).

 

UNPAID CUSTOM TAX 

If your package is returned to us due to unpaid customs taxes in your country, a $20 deduction will be applied from your refund to cover the processing of returning the package. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded
